Our privacy policy is clear: We will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information by subscribing to our notification update service.

If you do subscribe, your email address will be used to respond to your message and to help us provide to you the information requested.  You may at any point unsubscribe to the service and your contact information will be removed from our records.

If you undertake a coaching programme with us, we will need to carry out a lifestyle audit part of which includes monitoring and recording information such as age, height, weight etc.  This information will not be divulged or used for any purposes other than that of creating coaching plans and monitoring performance.

We will not release information regarding the identity of our clients. If the client chooses to do so we don't mind.  No one will hear it from us.  Sample profiles and graphical outputs are placed on this website with identity's erased.  All clients will be given a unique, coded identifier and all correspondence and published information will bear that identifier.

We want to share and celebrate in your success.  If you whish to publicise your results or memorable occasions we will do so but only with your explicit permission.
