2012 Competition Coaching Programme

Our Competition Coaching Programme is count-down based, which means we work backwards from your objectives and goals.  We can tailor your programme no matter where in the world you intend to ride or race. 

This programme will take you from the end of your season recovery period, run right up to the end of your early competition period, and drop you off right in the heart of your season proper.  At which point you'll be fully race ready, with all your top-end speed and full-on sprinting, time trial speed or sportive endurance capability, whichever discipline is your speciality. 

Get a whole seven month's training, conditioning, fine tuning and targeted specialisation in one self-contained plan.
