SRM Chain Gang April 2005

Here we have the datalog from a section of chain gang from Gorey to La Mare.  This has a smoothing factor applied which removes the spikes.  To see an unsmoothed version, click here. 

The four and a half miles were covered in a time of ten minutes ten seconds at an average speed of 26.58 mph.  Cadence was a smooth average of 94 rpm with an average power output of 248 watts.

The first real peak of wattage is the climb out of La Hocque which hits 617 watts and pushed my heart rate up to 222 bpm.  The ride itself was run at an average heart rate of 202 bpm.  To see the sprint, click here.
