SRM Mourier Valley 2004

The above graphic represents the
climb from Mourier Valley during the 2004 Anthony Nolan Ride.
Power can be seen to hit 846
watts within five seconds of hitting the climb and is maintained until the
top of the false flat at fifteen seconds. Heart-rate time lag can
easily be identified as the heart-rate peak of 204 bpm is reached fifteen
seconds after the initial power peak. Average speed for the climb
was 18mph and maximum cadence was 105 rpm.
The dip at 14 seconds was when
myself and Bob Cabot had to squeeze between the wall and a car soming down
the hill as we were going up!
